Overnight Peanut Butter Morning Glory

How to Make it

  1. In a medium bowl, mash up the banana with a fork.
  2. Add all other ingredients and stir together well, making sure the peanut butter has really blended with everything else.
  3. Portion into two airtight containers and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. When that morning hunger gets you, stir before topping with whatever you like (more banana, more agave and cinnamon, or go wild and opt for flaked coconut or even cacao nibs!). Forget dainty – dig in.
