Crispy baked tofu is one of my favourite things to add to any meal or simply just straight up snack on. Serve upon a bed of noodles with some token greens. A little sauce goes a long way as well as that final sprinkling of sesame seeds.
For the Tofu
1 block of tofu, drained and diced
2 tsp arrowroot, tapioca, or cornstarch
½ tbsp tamari or soy sauce
½ tbsp Organic Kitchen extra virgin olive oil (or sesame oil)
For the Sauce
60ml soy sauce or tamari
2 tbsp water
2 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp chilli flakes or chilli paste
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp arrowroot or cornstarch
To Serve
Noodles of choice (I personally like udon or ramen)
Fresh broccoli, steamed or roasted
Just Natural Organic sesame seeds, black and white
